June 11th BPM: Strength + Conditioning

This 50 minute full body workout focuses on Strength. Focus on slightly heavier weights and exercises at a moderate tempo as we build strong, lean bodies, and protect them from injury. 
Look forward to the type of energy and songs that will keep your body moving and your soul dancing as we move in sync to the BPM's of the playlist.  
This class is recommended for all fitness levels.
