Kellie Williams is an elite fitness instructor, yoga teacher, and personal trainer. BPM is a concept she designed based off of two of her passions: music and movement.

The class includes both high intensity power moves such as squats, lunges, pushups, and mountain climbers…as well as exercises that add to your core strength and range of motion such as planks, hip openers, isolation moves, and yoga poses.
